The following documents (Kazakh Visa requirements) must be submitted in order to obtain Kazakhstan Visa regardless of its category:

• valid passport
• filled out and signed application
• one picture (passport size)
• check or money order in the amount specified below, depending on visa type plus shipping expenses ( $15.00 priority service or $ 25.00 overnight service )

In accordance with the International Law, the Kazakhstan Consulate reserves the right to consider Kazakh Visa applications in certain cases as long as it feels necessary. Kazakh Visa can be denied if the Kazakhstan Consulate has serious reasons to believe that an applicant's entry into or stay in Kazakhstan will not be desirable. In this case all Visa fees are non-refundable.
